#002 ⸻ ‘The Price of Tokenism’ | Death: April - August 2023

Internal campaign for Deloitte, to raise awareness of issues that impact The Black Experience of their employees. The brief: Address the ‘costs’ and ‘trades’ that black employees tend to make, think or feel as a result. It aims to make clear that this trade off and compartmentalising of ones full identity, is the price of tokenism and it is far too high for employers to ignore any longer.

I opted to use silhouettes to humanise these stories while also remaining discreet. Use of Deloitte green and clean serif typeface in the lockup, as a hint towards the financial sector.
